As the managing team, we handle every aspect of venue operation, from facility management and bookings to food and beverage services.

Wharewaka Function Centre
Impress your guests in the modern and beautiful Wharewaka Function Centre, a purpose built facility offering 4 spaces, with a modern contemporary look and feel, this venue is a “must see”.
Bookings from 20 – 230 seated, up to 500 standing.
Indoor, outdoor flow on the ground floor and stunning views on the first floor.
The Wellington Rowing Club
The Rowing Club has arguably the most spectacular views in Wellington.
This room has a beautiful wooden floor and is painted a light cream to offset the crystal blue waters visible through windows which surround the room on three sides.
Excellent indoor/outdoor flow to the deck area overlooking the lagoon and the inner harbour.
Pipitea Marae & Function Centre
Pipitea Marae and Function Centre is a traditional urban Marae in the heart of the city and at the heart of culture.
A dual-purpose venue offering both corporate/private hire for all styles of meetings, conferences, and events, whilst maintaining the special and precious cultural services, when in use by our community groups.

Our day catering options are tailored to suit your needs. Choose from our convenient individual boxed lunches, perfect for a quick and easy meal, or opt for our sharing platters designed to foster a sense of community among your team. Minimum numbers apply. Venue hire is charged additionally.

Day Delegate Package
Elevate your corporate event with our flexible day delegate catering options. Our packages include exclusive use of your main function room until 5 pm, an arrival beverage, and chef's set choices for morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea. No additional venue hire charge for your main room. Dietaries may incur additional charges.
